I am currently the owner of a start-up that helps businesses retain customers through Facebook Messenger. This includes a loyalty and feedback aspect.
I developed my first loyalty platform 12 years ago and used that to help implement local-shopping initiatives in a number of towns.
Prior to that I developed and patented a survey software system that I used to provide customer survey systems to businesses.
