Started working in social media strategy and insights in 2005 working with brands and public sector on strategic projects that ranged from social media strategy and reputation online, crisis management, customer experience, social leadership for executives and social selling. Now I am leading of Social Sales Enablement team for Oracle Digital JAPAC where I have developed and executed social selling transformation program for JAPAC, supporting more than 300 sellers. Created sales video production engine for both internal and external content creation. Current projects include building GTM sales readiness programs integrating pre and post-acquisition sales teams and the sales training and coaching needed to support Team leader with over 15 years of experience across JAPAC and Russia.
